WW2 Parachute Regiment Shoulder Titles

A pair of reproduction embroidered shoulder flashes for members of the Parachute Regiment. The British Parachute Regiment was formed in June 1940 and eventually raised 17 battalions and formed part of divisions such as the 1st and 6th Airborne.

These curved shoulder patches feature the words 'Parachute Regiment' embroidered in navy blue thread on a light blue backing. A post war variant was issued in 1948, which featured pale blue writing embroidered on a dark maroon backing.
