The wings patch of Special Air Service paratroopers worn during WW2. The S.A.S. wings differ from regular parachutist wings as they are based o the stylised sacred ibis wings of Isis, from Egyptian Mythology.
The excellent reproduction embroidered patch features the wings design at the centre, embroidered in sky and navy blue thread on a black backing.
