WW2 Kriegsmarine Fleet Badge

The Kriegsmarine High Seas Fleet Badge was introduced by Grand Admiral Erich Raeder in 1941, who acted to recognise the role of the German Navy in WW2. The award was bestowed on crew members of Battleships and Cruisers who had demonstrated 12 weeks of distinguished service at sea.

These Fleet Badges are made from a zinc alloy, and are complete with the correct vertical pin on the reverse alongside the maker's mark.
