Hero of the Soviet Union

Presented to Military and Civilian personnel for heroic acts in service of the Soviet Union, the Gold Star of the Hero of the Soviet Union was one of the highest accolades of the USSR.

These medals have been finished to the highest standard, and feature the gold star suspended from a red ribbon. They have a screw-pin at the top for fixing to the tunic.
