A beautifully reproduced pair of Lieutenant Colonel badges of the US Army. Based on the oak leaf design of the Major rank badges, these are similar in all but colour, being silver rather than gold.

Within the chain of command of the US Army a Lieutenant Colonel lies between the ranks of Major and Colonel. These badges are constructed from a silver coloured metal, and are attached to the uniform by butterfly clips.
